The Sewer Robotics mobile MH60 cable reel and CP3DP control unit were successfully used to remove over 5m (15ft) of concrete from an antique 500mm (20″) brick storm water pipeline inside one of London’s oldest subway station.
The truck with installed water supply and remotely controlled, diesel engine driven, 2500bar high pressure pump was parked outside and high pressure hoses were laid out over a total length of 320 meters (1,000ft) from pump to robot.
The robot was operated from the platform via the CP3D mobile control unit and mobile cable reel.
